Who We Are:
ONPOINT Transaction Management is an Independent, Full-Service, Transaction Coordination Company. Our goal is to provide you and your clients and you with the best real estate experience ever.
JOANN ROSINSKI, Owner, Transaction Coordinator
Joann is a licensed Broker, Realtor®, and Broker In Charge with over 25 years invested in the real estate business. She holds a BA in Finance and Real Estate. For over 23 years, Joann has called Charlotte, NC her home but prior to that she lived in Albuquerque, NM and was an office manager with one of it's largest real estate firms. She has provided transaction coordination, coaching and training as well as administrative services to individual agents, small teams, all the way up to 7th level teams. Her education and commitment to the real estate field provide clients with the most current training, customer service and knowledge of today's global economy. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time visiting her children and traveling.
ANDREA EDWARD, Listing Coordinator
Andrea has a background in Real Estate both selling and behind the scenes work. She also has 20 plus years experience as an Executive Assistant. Andrea moved to the Charlotte area over 20 years ago from Buffalo, NY. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and also being artistic and crafty.
WHAT WE DO:
A Transaction Coordinator is a person responsible for managing and monitoring the transaction process, through interfacing with Real Estate professionals, clients, escrow companies and property management companies, to name a few.
On average, the contract process takes 15-20 hours per contract. If the average agent does 2-4 contracts per month the time spent can be 30 - 80 hours per month working "IN"their business instead of "ON"their business. This time could be spent networking, or better yet, Generating New Business.
